Model-actor Poonam Pandey reassured her fans of her well-being in a series of Instagram videos on February 3. The digital agency Schbang also issued an apology for their involvement in a controversial campaign centred around raising awareness for cervical cancer. The campaign which featured Pandey faking her death was conducted in collaboration with media outlet Hauterfly.
