A 25-year-old homemaker in Chennai is earning about ₹250/hour by recording herself doing everyday chores such as making coffee, cutting fruits and folding laundry. Speaking about the work, she said, "Who else will pay you ₹250 an hour just for doing housework?" The videos she records are shared with AI companies to train humanoid robots to better understand household activities.
