Who gave Mamata authority to welcome Bangladeshis to WB? Malviya

BJP's Amit Malviya has reacted to West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee's remark that "helpless" Bangladeshis would be given shelter in the state. "Who gave Mamata Banerjee the authority to welcome anyone in India? Immigration and citizenship are exclusively in the Centre's domain. The states have no locus standi," he stated. Mamata's remark came amid protests over reservation in Bangladesh.
