Former Pakistan opener Saeed Anwar holds the record for smashing the highest-ever score in India-Pakistan ODIs. He scored 194 runs off 146 deliveries against India in an ODI in Chennai in 1997. Anwar is followed by former India captain Virat Kohli, who slammed 183(148) against Pakistan in 2012. Ex-India captain MS Dhoni is third on the list with 148(123).
