India and Pakistan relations remain at risk of nuclear conflict, according to US Intelligence Community report. India has 180 nuclear warheads, while Pakistan holds about 170 of an estimated 12,241 warheads in the world. Russia holds the most nuclear warheads at 5,459, followed by US (5,177). China has 600 warheads while France, UK & Israel hold 290, 225 & 90 respectively.
