Indian pacer Arshdeep Singh has equalled the record for the most T20I wickets in a calendar year by a bowler from an ICC Full Member nation, with 39 wickets. He achieved the feat during the third T20I against New Zealand. Ireland's Joshua Little had recorded 39 wickets in 2022. Sri Lanka's Wanindu Hasaranga follows with 38 wickets achieved in 2024.
