Who is 24-yr-old Shubham Kumar, topper of UPSC Civil Services Exam 2020?

Shubham Kumar, 24, who has topped the UPSC Civil Services Exam 2020, hails from Katihar district of Bihar. He is an IIT-Bombay alumnus and has obtained a B.Tech degree in civil engineering. This was his third attempt at the Civil Services Exam. Shubham is currently undergoing training at the National Academy of Defence Financial Management (NADFM), Pune.
