Who is 26/11 plotter Sajid Mir, mentioned by India in Operation Sindoor briefing?

During Operation Sindoor briefing, India mentioned Sajid Mir case as an example of Pakistan "misleading" the world and sheltering terrorists. Mir is a top Lashkar-e-Taiba operative who was "brought back to life" after being declared dead by Pakistan under international pressure. He was the chief planner of 26/11 Mumbai terror attack and is on NIA and FBI's most wanted list.
