Who is 51-year-old Roh Tae-moon, Samsung's new mobile chief?

South Korean electronics maker Samsung has appointed its youngest President, 51-year-old Roh Tae-moon, as its new mobile chief. Roh championed Samsung's shift to outsourcing more handset production to cut costs and better compete with lower-priced Chinese smartphone makers like Huawei, Reuters reported. As former mobile development head, Roh led the development of Samsung's Galaxy mobile devices.
