Who is Ajit Jain, whom Buffett calls Berkshire's good luck hiring?

Berkshire Hathway Chairman Warren Buffett has heaped praise on Indian-origin Ajit Jain, the Vice Chairman of Insurance Operations, and called him Berkshire's "good luck hiring that happened in 1986". Jain was born in Odisha in 1951 and graduated from IIT-Kharagpur in 1972. He completed his MBA from Harvard University in 1978. He has previously worked at IBM and McKinsey.
