Who is AM Ghazanfar, the 18-year-old Afghanistan mystery spinner?

On Wednesday, teenage spinner Allah Mohammad Ghazanfar took 3-20 to rip through South Africa's middle-order in the first ODI of the sides' bilateral series. Ghazanfar played in the U19 World Cup earlier this year, and was subsequently signed by Kolkata Knight Riders as a replacement for compatriot Mujeeb Ur Rehman. He counts India's R Ashwin among his idols.
