Who is Arhan Bagati, India's 1st Deputy Chef De Mission for Tokyo Paralympics?
Arhan Bagati, aged 22, is India's first and world's youngest Deputy Chef De Mission at the Tokyo Paralympics. Bagati, who graduated from US' Pomona College, has been the Awareness and Impact Ambassador for Paralympics in India for six years. In 2015, he developed the 'InRio' app for assisting para-athletes during 2016 Rio Games. He's also the founder of 'IndTokyo' app.
