Who is ASI Anup, close aide of doctor rape-murder accused, seen running away from media?

Assistant sub-inspector Anup Dutta, who was seen running away from media, is said to be a close aide of Kolkata doctor's rape-murder accused Sanjay Roy. Dutta is also a Kolkata police welfare board member. The CBI has accessed multiple photographs showing Dutta and Roy together and believes Roy had free access to police barracks because of their connection, reports claimed.
