Who is Ayush Mhatre, India's Under-19 World Cup-winning captain?

Ayush Mhatre, who led India to victory in Under-19 World Cup 2026 final against England, was born in Maharashtra’s Virar on July 16, 2007. He made his first-class debut for Mumbai at the age of 17 and scored his maiden first-class century in his third match during the 2024–25 Ranji Trophy season. Mhatre represented CSK in the IPL 2025 season.
