Who is Bhavika Mangalanandan, who called Sharif's 'Kashmir' remark 'hypocrisy'?

Bhavika Mangalanandan, who called Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif’s ‘Kashmir-Palestine’ remark “hypocrisy at its worst”, is First Secretary (Counter-Terrorism) at India’s Permanent Mission to UN. According to her LinkedIn profile, she graduated from IIT Delhi in 2011 and worked as Assistant Systems Engineer at TCS for nearly two years. She also worked as Senior Engineer Marketing at Schneider Electric.
