Who is BJP MP Konyak, who said Rahul made her uncomfortable?

BJP MP Phangnon Konyak, who said Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had made her feel uncomfortable after alleging that he came very close to her while she was protesting in parliament, is Nagaland's first female Rajya Sabha MP. Konyak studied English Literature at Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi. Konyak serves on several committees, including Committee on Transport, Tourism and Culture.
