Who is Dara Shikoh, whose grave the govt is searching for?
The government recently set up an Archaeological Survey of India panel to locate the grave of Mughal prince Dara Shikoh, who's believed to be buried in Delhi's Humayun's Tomb. Emperor Shah Jahan's eldest son, Shikoh was known to be a 'liberal Muslim' who translated Bhagavad Gita and 52 Upanishads into Persian. He was killed after war against his brother Aurangzeb.
