BJP has elected first-time MLA from Shalimar Bagh, Rekha Gupta, as the next Chief Minister of Delhi. The 50-year old, who's served as Delhi BJP Mahila Morcha General Secretary, is a lawyer by profession. She began her political journey in ABVP, becoming President of Delhi University Students' Union. She's served as Uttari Pitampura Councillor and South Delhi Municipal Corporation Mayor.
