Who is Devyani Khobragade, Indian ambassador whose 'Apsara' pics went viral?

Devyani Khobragade, a 1999-batch Indian Foreign Service officer and Indian Ambassador to Cambodia, recently donned a traditional attire of 'Khmer Apsara' to extend Cambodian New Year wishes. She has served as Indian diplomat in Berlin, New York, Islamabad and Rome. Khobragade was arrested in 2013 over visa fraud charges in New York, but her case was dismissed citing diplomatic immunity.
