Who is Dhaval Buch, SEBI Chairperson Madhabi's husband named in Hindenburg report?

Hindenburg Research's new report claimed SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch and her husband Dhaval Buch had stakes in offshore companies used in Adani money siphoning scandal. Dhaval is currently a senior advisor at Blackstone and at Alvarez & Marsal. Buch is an alumnus of IIT-Delhi where he graduated in mechanical engineering in 1984. He had a three-decade-long career with Unilever.
