Who is Dinesh Singh, candidate fielded by BJP from Raebareli seat?

BJP on Thursday fielded state minister Dinesh Pratap Singh from UP's Raebareli seat for the Lok Sabha seat. He was defeated by Congress' Sonia Gandhi in the 2019 polls. He became a member of the Legislative Council from Congress for the first time in 2010 and for the second time in 2016. Singh joined BJP before the 2019 general elections.
