Who is engineer Chandrani Murmu, the youngest-ever MP mentioned in PM's speech?

PM Narendra Modi mentioned Biju Janata Dal's Chandrani Murmu in his address during the Special Session of Parliament in Lok Sabha today. She became the youngest Lok Sabha MP in history at age 25 after winning from Odisha's Keonjhar constituency in 2019. Murmu holds BTech in mechanical engineering.
