Who is ex-Calcutta HC judge Abhijit Gangopadhyay who filed nomination from Tamluk?

Former Calcutta High Court judge and BJP candidate Abhijit Gangopadhyay filed his nomination from Tamluk Lok Sabha seat on Saturday. Gangopadhyay, who was born in 1962, had been involved in many controversies like his altercation with West Bengal Advocate General Kishore Datta. He joined the High Court as an additional judge in 2018 and became a permanent judge in 2020.
