Who is Heinrich XIII, the prince suspected of plotting coup in Germany?

Heinrich XIII Prince Reuss, who is suspected of hoping to become Germany's new leader in a coup, is one of the last descendants of a dynasty that once ruled over a large part of eastern Germany. The 71-year-old was one of 25 members and supporters of a far-right group planning the alleged coup who were arrested in nationwide raids.
