Who is IIT and Wharton alumnus Ashwini Vaishnaw, India's new Railway and IT Minister?

Ashwini Vaishnaw, who has been named India's new Railway Minister, IT Minister and Communications Minister, was born on July 18, 1970 in Rajasthan's Jodhpur. He did his BE from Jodhpur's MBM Engineering College, MTech from IIT-Kanpur and MBA from Wharton Business School. He joined Indian Administrative Service in 1994. He was also the Private Secretary to ex-PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
