Who is India-born Prabhakar Raghavan, the new head of Google Search?

Google recently appointed India-born Prabhakar Raghavan, who joined Google in 2012 and was leading advertising product since 2018, as the new head of Google Search. An IIT Madras graduate, Raghavan also holds a PhD from UC Berkeley in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He published a foundational text on search and also led search teams at IBM and Yahoo.
