Who is Indian-American Dr Arati, US President's pick for top science advisor?

US President Joe Biden on Tuesday nominated Indian-American Dr Arati Prabhakar for the post of his Chief Advisor for Science and Technology. Dr Prabhakar received her Doctor of Philosophy in applied physics and Master of Science in electrical engineering from California Institute of Technology. She has in the past served as Director of National Institute of Standards and Technology.
