Who is Khampa, Indian diplomat at Trump's Board of Peace meet?

India attended first meeting of Trump's Gaza Board of Peace as an Observer, represented by Chargé d'affaires to US, Namgya C Khampa. She is a 2000-batch officer of Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and has served twice in India's diplomatic mission in China. She has also worked in Permanent Mission of India to UN in New York from 2009 to 2013.
