Who is Manish Brahmbhatt, founder of new CJP faction?

Manish Brahmbhatt, founder of a new faction of the Cockroach Janta Party called CJP-Democratic, contested the 2022 Gujarat Assembly election from Palanpur as an Independent, finishing fifth with 964 votes, or 0.53% of the vote. According to his election affidavit, Manish had completed a B.Com and F.Y. LLB from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University. He has four pending criminal cases.
