Who is Matthew VanDyke, American filmmaker linked to CIA held over anti-India terror activities?

US national Matthew VanDyke was arrested with six Ukrainian mercenaries for allegedly conspiring to carry out terrorist activities against India. VanDyke, often called a CIA asset, is a documentary filmmaker who also joined rebel fighters during 2011 Libyan civil war and got jailed. He founded Sons of Liberty International, which provides military training to local armed groups in conflict zones.
