Who is Monu Manesar and how is he linked to communal clashes in Haryana?

Monu Manesar is a Bajrang Dal member and cow vigilante who was booked after burnt bodies of two Muslim men were found inside an SUV in Bhiwani in February. It's believed that communal clashes broke out in Nuh after he announced he would attend VHP's procession. He said he didn't attend it as VHP feared his presence could create tensions.
