Who is MP & ex-IAS officer Brijendra Singh who switched to Congress from BJP?

Brijendra Singh, who has resigned from BJP and joined Congress, is an ex-IAS officer who voluntarily retired after serving the nation for 21 years. The MP from Haryana's Hisar secured 9th rank in Civil Services Examination in 1998. The Jind native, who pursued MA from JNU, is the great grandson of Jat icon Chhotu Ram and ex-minister Birender Singh's son.
