Albania winger Nedim Bajrami, who scored fastest-ever goal in history of European Championship (23 seconds) against Italy in Euro 2024, was born in Switzerland to ethnic Albanian parents. He spent all of his youth career with professional side Grasshoppers. Bajrami, who plays for Italian Serie B club Sassuolo, had also represented Switzerland in various youth sides up to under-21 level.
