Who is Netanyahu's rival Gadi Eisenkot, who could be Israel's next PM?

Benjamin Netanyahu's rival, Gadi Eisenkot, is a former IDF chief whom the Israeli president picked to forge a new government. After spending most of his time in the military, he entered politics in 2022 and joined Netanyahu's emergency war cabinet after Hamas attack. The 66-year-old is a son of Moroccan immigrants and could be Israel's first PM from Mizrahi community.
