Who is Oshin Sharma, influencer who cracked Civil Service exams?

Oshin Sharma from Chamba was driven to pursue a career in medical but went on to emerge as a civil servant. She went on to prepare for HPAS examination (Himachal Pradesh's Civil Service Examinations) but failed in her first attempt. This did not stop her and she secured a top rank to emerge as a civil servant.
