Who is Pratik Jain, I-PAC founder at the centre of ED raids in Kolkata?

ED conducted raids at offices of I-PAC (Indian Political Action Committee) and the residence of its co-founder, Pratik Jain, in Kolkata. Jain cofounded the political consultancy firm in 2015 and is a key strategist for Trinamool Congress. ED alleges that I-PAC used "proceeds of crime" from an illegal coal smuggling syndicate to fund the 2022 Goa election campaign of TMC.
