Who is Randeep Hothi, the Indian-American who sued Elon Musk?

Randeep Hothi, who filed a defamation suit against Elon Musk, is an Indian-American who's a doctoral candidate in Asian languages and cultures at University of Michigan. A Tesla critic, he describes himself as 'Investigating/Reporting on corporate fraud. Currently focusing on Tesla' on Twitter. Tesla also once got a restraining order against him for allegedly trespassing and endangering employees.
