In 2008, Rikant Pittie started EaseMyTrip (EMT) with Rs 15 lakh from a one bedroom apartment in East Delhi. Today, EaseMyTrip has 11 Million customers and does sales of Rs 8500 CR. It is the second-largest online travel agency in India and the only startup in India after Zerodha and Zoho to become a Unicorn without raising any funding.
