Who is S Radha Chauhan, who is leading probe into CBSE's OSM case?

S Radha Chauhan, who is heading the one-member committee probing the procurement of on-screen marking (OSM) services by CBSE, is a retired IAS officer and Chairperson of the Capacity Building Commission (CBC). Chauhan, a law graduate, reportedly served as Joint Secretary in the Department of School Education and Literacy under the Ministry of Human Resource Development between 2011 and 2015.
