Who is Sanjeev Mukhiya, NEET-UG paper leak 'mastermind'?

The alleged National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET (UG) paper leak has rocked the entire country with protests being held and pleas being filed in the Supreme Court. Sanjeev Mukhiya, earlier linked to an exam paper leak in 2010, is known to mastermind paper leaks of several exams. As cops probe the case, the name of Sanjeev Mukhiya came up.
