Who is Sanjiv Khanna, future CJI who granted interim bail to Kejriwal?

A bench of Supreme Court judges Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta granted interim bail to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. Khanna is next in line to succeed CJI DY Chandrachud after his retirement. He was elevated to the Supreme Court in January 2019, despite there being 32 judges senior to him, as the Collegium found him "more deserving and suitable".
