Who is Sarvesh Kushare, first Indian to win CWG silver in men's high jump?

Sarvesh Kushare, the first Indian to win a Commonwealth Games silver in men's high jump, was born in 1995 in Maharashtra's Nashik district. Introduced to the event during his school days, the 31-year-old joined the Indian Army as a Naib Subedar in 2016. He won gold at the South Asian Games 2019 and silver at the Asian Athletics Championships 2023.
