Who is Sruthy Sithara, Kerala native crowned Miss Trans Global 2021?

Kerala's Sruthy Sithara has been crowned Miss Trans Global 2021. A native of Vaikom, Sithara is one of four trans people who were given a government job in Kerala and she was a part of the transgender cell at the Social Justice Department. The model-actress runs a campaign called 'The Kaleidoscope' to advocate for the rights of the LGBTQ+ community.
