Who is Stephen Miran, the brain behind Trump's tariffs?

Stephen Miran, Chairman of Council of Economic Advisers at the White House, has strategised the reciprocal tariffs announced by US President Donald Trump. Stephen received his PhD in economics from Harvard University and BA from Boston University. He was formerly a senior fellow at Manhattan Institute, a senior strategist at Hudson Bay Capital and senior advisor at the US Treasury.
