Who is Tariq Mansoor, ex-AMU vice-chancellor appointed as BJP vice-president?

Ex-Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) vice-chancellor Tariq Mansoor has been appointed as one of BJP’s 13 national vice-presidents. He resigned as AMU vice-chancellor earlier this year after being nominated as a member of UP Legislative Council. He was born on September 20, 1956 in Aligarh. He completed MBBS in 1978 and MS in 1982 from AMU’s Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC).
