Who is the alleged Chinese spy with close ties to Prince Andrew?

Yang Tengbo, a 50-year-old Chinese businessman, suspected to be a spy with close links to UK's Prince Andrew, is listed as director of a business consultancy advising UK-based companies on their operations in China. He has been photographed with ex-PMs David Cameron and Theresa May. Yang worked as a junior civil servant in China before arriving in UK in 2002.
