Donuru Ananya Reddy, who was named the topper among women in UPSC CSE 2023, is from Telangana's Mahabubnagar district. She studied in Delhi University's Miranda House college and her mother is a homemaker, while her father is self-employed. Reddy said she is the first person in her family to get into civil services.
