Who is Vivek Aggarwal, newly-appointed Vice President of FATF?

Vivek Aggarwal has been elected and appointed next FATF Vice-President. He is a 1994-batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre and currently serves as Secretary, Ministry of Culture. He was earlier Additional Secretary in the Revenue Department and Director of FIU-IND, handling financial intelligence and FATF-related work. He has also served as Collector in Punjab and Madhya Pradesh.
