Who is VK Pandian, Naveen Patnaik’s aide who quit active politics?

Former Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik's aide, VK Pandian, who announced his decision to quit active politics, is a former IAS officer. He was appointed as the private secretary of Patnaik in 2011 and held the post until 2023.
