Who is WV Raman, who's in contention for India's head coach post?

Woorkeri Venkat Raman is a former India cricketer, who was a left-handed batter and a part-time left-arm spinner. The 59-year-old from Tamil Nadu was part of 1990-91 Asia Cup-winning India squad. Raman, ex-coach of India women's national cricket team, was also the batting coach of KKR in 2014 when Gautam Gambhir was the captain. That year, KKR won the tournament.
